Levain cookie lovers always have been unofficially “in the club.” But now there’s an actual, official, Levain Cookie Club to join(!). Every month, members will receive an 8-pack box of Levain Bakery cookies delivered straight to their door. Each cookie club box will have a 15% discount and ship free!

- Surprise Cookie Assortment = A surprise assortment that changes each month. Some months you’ll get a first taste of our newest seasonal cookies before they’re available to the public!
- Signature Assortment = One of each of our original 4 cookie flavors: Chocolate Chip Walnut, Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin and Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip.
- Decadent Assortment = Caramel Coconut Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip Walnut, Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chip & Two Chip Chocolate Chip, this assortment serves up the most decadent cookies in our recipe repertoire.
- Chocolate Lovers = Consider this the ultimate indulgence. Each sleeve contains an equal mix of Two Chip Chocolate Chip cookies and Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chip cookies.

Levain Bakery cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, and sesame. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergen-free bakery.
Cookies may be stored in an airtight container for up to one week or frozen if not enjoyed immediately. For maximum enjoyment, warm the cookie in a 350-degree oven for a few minutes or until gooey. Of course, if you simply can’t wait, then 20 seconds in the microwave should do it. If frozen, they’ll take roughly 5-10 minutes in the oven — but trust us, it’s worth it.

How does the Levain Bakery Cookie Club work?

Every month, members will receive a pre-selected 8-pack box of Levain Bakery cookies (with 15% off + free shipping on every box). Some months, members will receive early access to our seasonal flavor, a month before it’s available to the public! You’ll find out the cookie box of the month one week before it ships and receive an email with tracking once the cookies are baked and ready to go.
There are two subscription options: monthly billing or prepaid (this option is perfect for gifting!).
The Cookie Club discounts and benefits are only available for Nationwide Shipping within the contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
When will Cookie Club boxes ship?
Shipping Schedule:

- February: Week of 2/16
- March: Week of 3/16
- April: Week of 4/13
- May: Week of 5/18
- June: Week of 6/15
- July: Week of 7/13
- August: Week of 8/17
- September: Week of 9/14

Please Note: Your first order will arrive on the delivery date selected at checkout, and subsequent orders will ship between the 15th and 20th of each month. *Orders may ship slightly earlier or later than scheduled.
If your subscription is purchased during the last week of the month, we'll skip the next month so you don't receive too many cookies within a short period of time. For example, if you place your first subscription order on July 26th, we'll skip your August box and send your next box the week of September 15th.
Can I make updates to my monthly order?

If you don’t LOVE the pre-selected cookie box of the month, you’ll be able to choose a different flavor before the 12th of each month. You can also update the shipping address for your box.
Any updates made in your account will not be reflected for your first order. No edits can be made for the first order once the order is submitted.
Please note: any changes will be auto saved for future orders and will need to be manually changed back.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?

Members on the month-to-month plan will be able to cancel or pause their membership after 3 months of enrollment. Prepaid memberships are not eligible for cancellations. Please contact our team at myorder@levainbakery.com if you'd like to pause your subscription after the 3-month minimum.
When will I find out my cookie box of the month?

Members will find out the cookie box of the month via email one week before their order ships.
For monthly subscriptions, you can select the flavor of your first box before adding the subscription to your shopping cart. The flavor that you select for the first order will be your default flavor for future months (unless changed).
For prepaid subscriptions, the first order will include the current month's flavors.
How can I surprise my recipient with a membership?

To make this subscription a surprise gift, we recommend selecting the Prepaid option. A confirmation email will be sent to the recipient at the time the order is placed so we recommend placing the order at the time of the surprise or special occasion.
Will the recipient have access to my payment information?

Members that have been gifted subscriptions will not have access to the purchaser’s payment information.
