Levain Bakery is committed to making our site accessible to all users, including and especially those with disabilities. 

To help make our site more inclusive, we partner with TestParty, a leading digital accessibility remediation company. Together, we ensure our site complies with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards and continuously work to exceed those guidelines. Our partnership includes daily scanning, monthly manual audits, automated testing and rapid remediation that combines human and artificial intelligence (AI) intervention. 

Known Limitations

While we strive to achieve compliance in every area, there are a few known accessibility issues on this site.

The Levain website integrates third-party platforms, including DoorDash and Zest, which are hosted and maintained by external providers. As we do not control the underlying source code of these services, certain accessibility barriers may exist within their interfaces.

We are in ongoing communication with these vendors to encourage accessibility improvements and provide feedback where possible.

In addition, a minor issue involving missing alternative text has been identified within a third-party integration. This issue is being tracked and remediated in partnership with the vendor.
