We offer two options for ordering cookies en masse — a simple, self-service option to save you time, and a concierge option if you’re looking for something bespoke.
We’ve made it sweet and easy to send packs of Levain cookies to a crowd. If you’ve got mailing addresses, you can upload a spreadsheet, or we can send an e-gift via email for your recipient to enter their cookie preferences and delivery address. You can also add a personalized gift message for each recipient.
If you’re wanting a bit more TLC and personalization, you can chat with our cookie gifting experts. They’ll tailor your gifts with co-branded stickers, special cookie assortments, event activations and other opportunities. We'll work together to create an unforgettable gift experience.

We’re happy to work with you to customize your order. Minimum quantities will apply for any customization, and the price and timeline may be adjusted accordingly. We offer custom stickers, ribbon colors and a customized postcard with your company’s logo.
Since our team bakes and ships to order each day, we need some advanced notice to plan for large orders. We typically require one week’s notice for large orders and an additional week if your order includes customization. That said, we know that sometimes time isn’t on your side and are always happy to try and accommodate a shorter window. Yes! When ordering $1,000 or more worth of cookies (for example, that's 21 or more 8-pack gift boxes), you will receive a 10% discount off your order. Please note, the $1,000 threshold does not include the cost of shipping and shipping costs are not eligible for the 10% discount. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
