Leave benefits that start accruing from day 1 include paid vacation days, 6 paid sick leave days per year, 5 paid holidays each year (on which hourly team members receive 1 ½ times their base hourly rate of pay), we're always closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years day, and 3 paid bereavement days per year. We offer 14 weeks of parental leave, eligible after 6 months as well as medical, life, dental, vision, HRA, FSA, life insurance, disability and accident coverage. Team members can also enroll in a 401(k) with employer match.

When we started Levain in 1995, we never imagined we’d one day have bakeries from coast to coast. We have been careful to expand slowly and thoughtfully–ensuring we never compromise on the Levain product or the experience.
