Build Your Own Cookie Box

1. Can I fully customize my box? You can mix and match 2 or 3 flavors in our 8 or 12-pack boxes. While individual cookies can’t be selected, you can combine flavor sleeves (e.g., 4 Chocolate Chip Walnut + 4 Oatmeal Raisin cookies in one 8-pack) to create your perfect combo. 
2. How many cookies come with each flavor selection? Each flavor selection comes as a sleeve with 4 cookies of the same flavor. In an 8-pack, you’ll choose two sleeves (two flavors), totaling 8 cookies. In a 12-pack, you’ll choose three sleeves (three flavors), totaling 12 cookies.
3. Can I ship to multiple recipients? Not at the moment. Each order can only be shipped to one address. To send boxes to different recipients, you’ll need to place separate orders.
4. Is the pricing the same as your other cookie packs? Yes! This custom option is priced the same as our classic 8 and 12-pack assortments and are eligible for the same promotions.
5. Will the cookies arrive in one box or separate ones? Your custom selection will arrive in one beautifully packed box, just like our classic assortments.
6. Can I still order pre-set assortments? Absolutely! Our classic assortments are still available if you want a quick, no-decision-needed option.

Levain Bakery cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, and sesame. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergen-free bakery. 

Cookies may be stored in an airtight container for up to one week or frozen if not enjoyed immediately. For maximum enjoyment, warm the cookie in a 350-degree oven for a few minutes or until gooey. Of course, if you simply can’t wait, then 20 seconds in the microwave should do it. If frozen, they’ll take roughly 5-10 minutes in the oven — but trust us, it’s worth it.
