  • How can I place a catering order?

    You can place a catering order directly on our website or via our catering partner, ezCater. We’re currently offering catering in all Levain Bakery cities. You can contact the bakeries directly or email info@levainbakery.com with any questions.  

  • How far in advance do I need to place my order?

    We require 24-hour notice for catering orders. We can deliver up to 20 miles outside of these bakeries. Looking for shorter notice? Email the team at info@levainbakery.com, and we will try to accommodate when possible.

  • Do you have order minimums?

    We have an order minimum of $100 for catering.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    We ask that catering orders are cancelled within at least 24 hours. If you need to cancel an order after 24 hours, you will receive a 50% refund. 

  • How will my order arrive?

    Our products are baked fresh daily and will arrive at an ambient temperature.

  • My order was delivered and it’s incorrect – what do I do?

    Please call 1-800-488-2085 for any delivery or order related issues. 

  • When will catering be available in my neighborhood?

    Catering is available in select bakeries in all of our cities. You can email info@levainbakery.com for any other info or questions. We look forward to baking for you soon!

  • Can I order items à la carte?

    We're unable to accept à la carte catering orders at this time, but we have a curated selection of delicious breads, cookies and baked goods that are sure to be perfect for any meeting, event or occasion!
