Levain began with founders Connie & Pam and a simple idea: bake generously, by hand, with the kind of care you can taste. The cookie that started it all became a 6-ounce signature — chunky, crisp at the edges, soft in the middle, and unmistakably Levain. 

Over the years, that blue box has carried more than cookies. It has become a little piece of New York: cellophane-wrapped, tied with ribbon, and packed for birthdays, care packages, thank-yous, and just-because treats.
